Not good converting a PDF file

Don’t take this as a bad review of the tool in general. Just a note so that other purchasers know of this limitation. I bought it to convert a very complicated PDF file with embedded graphics and non-standard formatting. The conversion was useless - not even close. From the other reviews I’m sure it does great with other conversions. I’m not worried about wasting $8 because I am sure I’ll be able to use it for a different conversion in the future.

On the good side, they make it easy to ask for assistance and do respond promptly with an answer.
